OfficeAway is a marketplace that connects guests looking for workspace (“Guests”) with people or organizations offering space (“Hosts”). OfficeAway does not own, manage, or control listings unless explicitly stated.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
User content and listings
Hosts and Guests are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, including listing details, availability, pricing, and communications. You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
Bookings, payments, and cancellations
Booking terms, fees, taxes, and cancellation rules may vary by listing and are shown at checkout or within the listing. By placing a booking request or completing a booking, you agree to the applicable fees and cancellation terms.
Payments (Stripe)
Payments on OfficeAway are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). When you make or receive payments through the platform, certain personal and transaction information is provided to Stripe to process the payment, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations (for example: name, email, billing details, payment method details, transaction amount, and device/usage signals).

OfficeAway does not store full payment card numbers. Payment methods are handled by Stripe and may be stored by Stripe for future transactions depending on your settings and Stripe’s services.
