He’s known for high-quality, detail-oriented work—especially in building incentive scorecards that directly impact compensation—and for earning increasing levels of responsibility and independence. He’s trusted with highly confidential information and excels in “do more with less” environments, creating efficiencies through process improvement and automation. Specialties include FP&A, financial analytics, budget and forecasting models, and process improvement.

Ryan is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology executive with 20+ years building and scaling platforms. At Open Lending, he served as CIO/CTO and led product development for 13 years—growing the business from a bootstrapped start to $100M+ in annual revenue and expanding engineering from 3 to 40. Open Lending went public on a platform built by Ryan and his team and went on to reach an enterprise value of roughly $5B. He brings deep experience in cloud architecture, security, compliance, and complex integrations across financial and lending systems. At OfficeAway, he applies that same operator mindset to building fast, reliable, and trusted marketplace experiences.
